If you have an Anker EverFrost Powered Cooler you might want to check if it’s been recalled by Health Canada.
The recall is due to the lithium-ion battery supplied with the coolers, which may overheat and pose a fire risk.
The following Anker EverFrost Powered Coolers are included in the recall notice:
- Anker Detachable Battery pack for Powered Cooler – model A17B0
- Anker EverFrost Powered Coolers 30 (33 litres) – model A17A0
- Anker EverFrost Powered Coolers 40 (43 litres) – model A17A1
- Anker EverFrost Powered Coolers 50 (53 litres) – model A17A2
Health Canada says as of October 20, 2023 there have been no reports of incidents or injuries related to the recall.

You should immediately stop using the product and contact Anker for a free replacement battery pack.
