Gail Gagnon won $100,000 on the $100 Ultimate Instant scratch ticket.

Gail Gagnon of Cornwall is $100,000 richer after winning with INSTANT ULTIMATE (Game #2397).

Gail, a 69-year-old retiree, said she has been playing the lottery for over 40 years.

“I was playing my ticket while sitting on the couch and I just stared at it for a while,” she shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings. “My partner saw the blank stare on my face and asked if everything was okay. I said, ‘Come look at this – I think I just won.'”

Gail was in such shock that she didn’t believe what she was seeing.

“I couldn’t sleep that night – my brain wouldn’t shut off!”
